Meraki

Thyme Honey

Our story began on the island of Kos from a hive in 2010. Having learned about bees from a young age, as we come from generations of grandparents who have been working with bees for years on the island of Kalymnos, it was not long before a great love was born, Meráki.
The Kiaris family’s honey counts so far 2 international awards (London Honey Awards 2023- Platinum & Paris Honey Awards 2023- Platinum)for taste and quality as a result of uninterrupted care and hard work. Despite the difficulties of each season, we do not stand still and strive for the best possible result. Our goal is to adopt innovative practices that will evolve the profession, with respect to the bees and the environment, so that our honey is always at the top, staying true to the principles of the creator of the brand, Giorgos Kiaris who unfortunately not among us.

Dimeli

Thyme Honey

Yannis Zervos continues the family tradition that has been going on since 1965, from his grandfather Manolis, and his father Angelis. The name Dimeli from what he told us comes from the “twins”, since Yannis has a twin brother, Valantis. Hence the two bees in the logo. Dimeli: two members? Maybe…
Honey with finesse both in taste and appearance and in packaging.
